    Samantha’s promise to you

One of my dreams had been to host a couple’s retreat and here we are. It is my promise to you to bring the highest quality of expert faculty to help you take your marriage to the next level. I am passionate about helping couples transform their marriages and save their families.

I not only work with couples professionally but I have had my own personal experience of transforming my marriage too! I promise to share with you all the tools that I used to save my marriage and my expert guest will share with you their own stories and tools as well.

I am committed to designing a heart-centered, connection-driven, and most importantly an amazingly fun experience in an emotionally safe environment. This way you will both be able to listen, let go, and love one another in ways you’ve never done before. You can expect me and my amazing team to support you through tough conversations and moments as you breakthrough old limiting beliefs and patterns holding you back from success in all areas of your life!

    What's included?

In Hawaii, what is included is 4 nights of lodging, breakfast and lunch served all 3 days of the event, 2 special dinners, transportation (if needed to off-site locations) on Hawaii island. All group activities and admission fees are included. This is done to support you in focusing on your experience, and our team will take care of organizing the trip and making payments.

You are expected to cover your flight to and from Hawaii, immunizations, travelers insurance, tips, passport (if necessary), medical testing for COVID, souvenirs, beverages, and extra food outside of the planned group meals.

What will the weather be in October?

Hawaii is known for it’s amazing weather since it is near the equator. Daily temperatures are consistently in the 70’s-80’s, and nighttime temperatures can drop to the mid-high 60’s.

Bring clothing for tropical weather. Make sure you pack at least one (1) swimsuit or bathing suit for our aquatic activity. You will also want to use it in the on-site pools and beaches that are AMAZING. You will also want to bring a nice Hawaiian themed outfit for our welcome dinner. If you’re unsure what’s Hawaiian themed, a collared button down short-sleeve shirt would be perfect for a man while a nice floral printed, tropical printed, or colorful dress would be perfect for a woman. For our final dinner you will want to also bring something nice to wear; I’d say, wear a cute date night outfit for this meal. Last but certainly not least, make sure to bring layers just in case the ballrooms that we will be in get a little chilly. Although it might be nice and toasty outside, with the air conditioning inside, it could get a little cold. For your feet, make sure to bring a pair of slippers (flip flops) and shoes to go with your cute outfits for dinner.

Make sure you pack sunscreen because you don’t want to burn in the warm Hawaiian sun! You can also bring your favorite sunhat and coverups to wear at the pool or beach.

    Will there be COVID-19 precautions?

Everyone is REQUIRED to get a COVID test before departure and before heading back to their country of origin.

Your safety is important and we will be abiding by local requirements. This conduct will be determined at the time of the retreat.

We understand that people have a variety of beliefs concerning COVID-19 precautions, and we aim to create an atmosphere that is understanding and accepting of differing opinions and needs.

Are the COVID-19 restrictions different for international travelers?

As stated above, everyone is REQUIRED to get a COVID test before departure and before heading back to their country of origin, unless able to show proof of vaccination as stated in state laws.

Your safety is important and we will be abiding by local requirements. This conduct will be determined at the time of the retreat.

For updated information about Hawaii’s COVID-19 travel restrictions regarding quarantine, testing, and/or vaccination, please visit https://hawaiicovid19.com/travel/

Please note that it is your responsibility to research your own home country’s or state’s laws regarding any COVID-19 precautions. You will be responsible for any fees assessed for COVID-19 testing, vaccinations, and/or any other costs incurred and associated with such restrictions.

    What is the refund policy?

All payments towards the registration are non-refundable. This is due to the limited number of spots available.

In the case that the US borders and/or Hawaii would go into another lockdown or an extreme outbreak were to occur in Hawaii due to COVID-19, the trip will be rescheduled for a later date and your funds will be applied to that rescheduled retreat.

    What are the accomodations?

We will be staying at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, a beautiful 62-acre oceanfront resort!

How far in advance do I need to book my spot for the couple’s retreat?

Book as soon as you can. Spots will fill up quickly and it can also give you more time to plan your flights and other required steps to avoid quarantine.

When is the final payment due?

If you selected a payment plan option, your investment will need to be paid in full by September 15th, 2021.

When do you recommend buying plane tickets?

Purchase your tickets as soon as you confirm your spot for the retreat. Hopper is a great app that will track ticket pricing and it will suggest the best time to buy.

What should I carry on my carry on baggage?

We advise that you pack the following items in your carry-on luggage:

    • medications in their original, labeled containers
    • eyeglasses, contact lenses and contact lens solution
    • important documents such as a copy of your travel insurance policy, medical records, allergy information and emergency contact information
    • camera gear, memory cards and batteries
    • any valuables you bring along

Please leave expensive jewelry at home.

What kind of daily schedule can I expect?

We will have 3 jam-packed days of deep spiritual growth, connection and clarity in your relationship, and lots and lots of FUN! There will be some down time to explore the amazing property. Every day you can expect that we will be both inside for trainings and meals. However, we will always make it a point to go outdoors to enjoy the Hawaiian sun!

Will I have access to Wi-Fi, cell, and internet?

Wi-Fi is available and is included. You can inquire with the hotel for the password to connect in your hotel room.
